Bridget Hinckley- Owner / Agent
A University of Florida, School of Business graduate, Bridget has been in the insurance industry her entire life. First working for two large national carriers in underwriting, claims and marketing. Bridget worked for her family's Independent Agency, before going out on her own to found Hinckley Insurance.

Meet the team
Monica Marcum
Monica is a native Floridian and an Allstate veteran. Monica joined Allstate in 1988 and we are lucky to have her as part of the team. Monica is a team player with fantastic communication skills and excellent follow up. Her knowledge of Allstate products and brokered market products is invaluable in an ever changing Florida insurance marketplace.
Ekaterina “Kate” Clancy
Kate has been affiliated with Allstate since 2017 - she moved to the US (Philadelphia) in 2008 and speaks fluent Russian and English.
In 2020 she moved to Florida with her fiancee' and son. Kate and her family love good food, travel and golf.
Kate has been in the industry for 6 years and has an extensive knowledge of insurance - she's also wonderful to talk to!
Lauren Shultz
Lauren began her insurance career as a customer service representative in 2015.
Lauren specializes in the brokerage markets and is our renewal specialist. Lauren personally reviews every policy renewal to ensure our customers are getting the best coverage for the best rate.
Yaliza Perez
Yaliza is an industry veteran and began her insurance career in 2009 at State Farm. She has also worked in independent agencies and joined Allstate in January 2023. Yaliza is a Spanish speaker and always seeks to provide an excellent customer service experience. Yaliza is a pro when it comes to helping customers sign up for Allstate access, Drivewise and more.
